ALTA VIA RELAX
The ALTA VIA RELAX has received the official authorization for the Short Let activity from the Provincia di Genova with Measure n° 1955-4214 dated 18/5/2015 and the CITRA Code 010035-LT-0002 assigned by Regione Liguria and consists of a 40 sq meter apartment with independent entrance from the garden on the ground floor of the house where the owners Steve and Elisabetta occupy the floors above.
The apartment is fully equipped with a complete kitchen that also includes a microwave oven, capsule coffee machine, toaster, washing machine.
There is bedroom with a bed for two people, a room with a sofa bed (size 140 x 200) for additional two people, the kitchen and a private bathroom equipped with a shower and hair dryer.
You can use the garden to relax, read or eat outdoors.
Safety equipment of the apartment includes fire estinguisher, smoke sensor alarm, emergency light and first aid kit.
If you are a cyclist you can use the available tools for small diy repairs to your bikes.
