Rental prices are per night and per apartment and include linnens and gas, electricity, hot and cold water and all taxes.
Upon arrival you will find a Welcome Pack that includes what you will need the morning following your arrival.
Not included in the rental costs are: heating costs of 5 euro/night (if requested), final cleaning costs of 20 euro per stay and the deposit of 200 euro/stay that will be completely refunded if the apartment will be in the same conditions as upon arrival.
Up to 5 nights: 55 euro/night
Per week: 275 euro/week
Per month: 650 euro/month
Reservations have to be confirmed with full prepayment that in case of reservation cancellation will be refunded as follows:
cancellation notice 30 days prior to arrival date: 100% refund
cancellation notice 15 days prior to arrival: 75% refund
cancellation notice 1 day prior to arrival: 50% refund
